The Challenge

Two board-certified surgeons. A philosophy rooted in natural aesthetics. A name designed to turn heads. What Provocative Plastic Surgery lacked was a digital home that could translate all of that into a patient journey worth trusting.Surgical depth with no digital architecture — Facial procedures, breast surgery, body contouring, BBL, tummy tuck, and a full non-surgical offering — Botox, dermal fillers, thread lifting, post-surgical massages — all existed without a clear navigational structure to guide different patient types to the right procedures.Two surgeons, one undifferentiated presentation — Dr. Rojas and Dr. Talbot each bring distinct training, credentials, and surgical backgrounds. That complementary expertise was not being leveraged as a trust-building and patient-matching asset.The philosophy invisible online — "Beauty should never feel artificial. It should feel like you — refined, empowered, and authentically elevated." This is a genuinely differentiated brand message in Miami's crowded plastic surgery market. It was nowhere near the front of the patient journey.No patient conversion architecture — No structured before & after gallery, no consultation funnel designed to convert Miami's highly visual, social-media-informed plastic surgery audience into booked appointments.

The Solution

We opened the experience with the philosophy as the first impression — "Your vision is our mission" and the commitment to natural, transformative results placed immediately at the hero level, because in Miami's aesthetic surgery market, a clear point of view is a competitive weapon. We built a procedure architecture by body zone — Face, Breast, Body, Non-Surgical — each with dedicated pages that educate, reassure, and guide patients from curiosity to consultation without ever feeling overwhelming. We gave both surgeons their individual stage — Dr. Rojas' Summa Cum Laude academic trajectory, burn surgery fellowship, and aesthetic philosophy paired with Dr. Talbot's board certification and surgical background, so every patient can connect with the right surgeon before they ever pick up the phone. We built a before & after gallery as the conversion centerpiece — organized by procedure, designed to give Miami's visually driven patient base the confidence to book. Finally, CareCredit financing integration and a frictionless consultation booking flow remove the final barriers between a visitor who is interested and a patient who is ready.
