The Solution

We rebuilt the platform around clearly distinct audience journeys — Buy, Rent, Sell, and Find an Agent each with their own entry experience, content architecture, and conversion path, so every user type feels immediately understood and directed. We positioned Rightmove's market intelligence as a daily return driver — the House Price Index, regional data, and monthly market insights built into the consumer and agent experience as the most authoritative, most actionable property data in the UK. We brought AI-powered conversational search to the front of the experience — making the Google Cloud-developed tool and ChatGPT integration feel natural, accessible, and genuinely useful for buyers who don't yet know the exact address they're looking for. We built a dedicated estate agent value architecture — the Optimiser Edge proposition, ARPA growth data, and direct traffic dominance presented as the clearest business case in UK property marketing. Finally, the Online Agent Valuation tool — Rightmove's fastest-growing product launch — repositioned as the primary seller acquisition engine, converting homeowners into active sellers before they ever contact an agent.
