Fourteen locations across four states and a capital city. A flagship training academy. Memberships, free consultations, and a treatment catalog spanning five distinct service categories. It's a Secret had everything a dominant brand needs — except a website infrastructure that could carry it all coherently.Scale without structure — Each location serves a distinct market with its own clientele, competitive landscape, and local search intent. A single-page approach was failing to capture the local discovery traffic that drives med spa bookings.Membership program buried in the navigation — It's a Secret's membership offering — a direct driver of client retention and lifetime value — had no prominent placement in the conversion journey. The Solution

We built a scalable multi-location architecture — dedicated, SEO-optimized pages for every city and location, each with local contact details, treatment offerings, and booking paths, so It's a Secret captures every local search from Dallas to D.C. We positioned the membership program as a primary conversion goal — not a menu item — with dedicated placement across the homepage, treatment pages, and post-consultation flows, turning one-time clients into long-term members. We gave IAS Academy its own digital identity — a standalone section that communicates the brand's commitment to industry education, attracts aspiring injectors, and reinforces It's a Secret's authority as the defining force in Southwest aesthetics. We engineered the free consultation CTA as an architectural constant — present at every scroll depth, every treatment page, every location landing, with design weight that makes booking the obvious next step. Finally, we built a treatment discovery system by concern — Injectables, Laser, Skincare, Body Sculpting, Peptides — so every visitor, regardless of their starting knowledge, finds their treatment in seconds and moves directly to consultation.
