Through clear content architecture, a complete navigation overhaul with dedicated sections by specialty (general practitioner, ENT, pediatrician, psychiatrist, physical therapist, psychologist…) and by city, letting each practitioner instantly find what's relevant to them.

We built a modern, reassuring design — a clean visual identity, open layouts, and authentic photos of the centers and team that immediately convey the quality of the spaces and the human warmth of Via Sana's support.

An example of our content approach was the SEO content strategy. We created a blog and targeted articles covering the real challenges of independent healthcare professionals — legal status, self-employed doctor salary, benefits of going independent — to capture a qualified audience in the consideration phase.

We placed social proof front and center. Practitioner testimonials (psychiatrists, osteopaths, chiropractors…) and experience stories are woven into the core user journey to remove doubts and accelerate decision-making.

Finally, an optimized conversion funnel with clear, recurring calls to action — Schedule a Visit, Book an Appointment, Contact Via Sana — at every stage of the journey to reduce time from discovery to commitment.
