The Challenge

No established digital presence in the US - Muldoon Britton is a well-regarded UK immigration firm, but entering the American market meant starting from zero online. There was no website, no SEO footprint, and no brand awareness among US-based individuals and businesses seeking UK immigration advice.
A complex, multi-route service offering - UK immigration law encompasses dozens of distinct visa routes - family, student, visitor, skilled worker, sponsor licences, global mobility, and more. Without clear architecture, visitors unfamiliar with the system would quickly feel lost and drop off before making contact.
Two fundamentally different audiences - the site had to serve both individuals (families, students, professionals relocating to the UK) and businesses (US companies sponsoring UK employees or expanding operations). Conflating these two journeys would dilute relevance and reduce conversion.

The Solution

We built the experience around dual-audience architecture — navigation and user journeys designed around two clear tracks, Personal Immigration and Corporate Immigration, allowing each visitor to self-select and reach relevant content in under 3 clicks. We structured the platform around service pages by visa route, with each immigration pathway (family visas, skilled worker, global business mobility, sponsor licences) given a dedicated page including eligibility criteria, process overview, and a direct CTA to consult the team. We implemented a trust-first design system built on a clean, authoritative identity reinforced by professional team portraits, Google reviews (4.7★), SRA accreditation, and integrated client testimonials to build confidence before any form submission. We established a strong SEO-structured content foundation optimized for high-intent US search queries around UK immigration, supported by semantic HTML, structured headings, and an Insights blog targeting both practitioners and individuals in the research phase. We elevated team and credibility pages with individual profiles for each lawyer and consultant (Michael Muldoon, Kara Britton, Jack Blackhall, and the wider team), reinforcing human expertise and reducing the trust gap with new clients. Finally, we designed a unified conversion funnel with a single, consistent call to action (“Get in Touch” / “Get Started”) across the entire journey, leading into a streamlined contact form designed to minimize friction and maximize consultation requests.
