The Challenge

Via Sana needed to structure a complex offering that included full-time, part-time, and hourly rental plans across more than 60 locations in 5 cities, without overwhelming visitors during the conversion journey. The platform also had to speak to two completely different audiences - healthcare professionals looking for medical office space and property owners wanting to entrust their locations to the network - while keeping the messaging clear and consistent. In a highly trust-driven industry like healthcare, the digital experience had to immediately communicate professionalism and credibility. The project also needed to be built for scale, with a CMS capable of adding new centers, cities, and specialties without relying on developers. Finally, Via Sana lacked any real local SEO presence, making the brand virtually invisible on high-intent searches such as “medical office rental Paris 11th” or “physiotherapy office Lyon.”
